Mr Christie is Chairman of India Equities Fund Limited, Director of Australian Public Trustees Limited and a member of the Market Supervision and Quotation Appeals Committees and the Appeals Tribunal of the Australian Pacific Exchange Limited.
Previously, Mr Christie was Managing Director of Equity Trustees Limited and President of the Australian Trustees Corporations Association.
Mr Christie's early career was spent in legal practice and subsequently with the National Companies and Securities Commission (now Australian Securities & Investments Commission).
John Philip Pereira

Mr Pereira is the Managing Director of Atlas Capital and CEO and Executive Director of India Equities Fund Ltd (IEFL). Mr Pereira was the founder of Olympus Funds Management Pty Ltd (now owned by IEFL) and founded Atlas Capital to offer a range of opportunities in the wider Asian market.
Prior to this, he established Tristar Corporate Advisors Pty Limited, a boutique corporate advisory business, advising and capital raising for small to mid-cap companies. Previously, he was the Head of Private Advisory and Head of Corporate Finance at Burdett Buckeridge Young Limited (BBY) and formed Alchemy Corporate Advisors Pty Limited jointly with BBY.
Mr Pereira has a career encompassing 27 years of funds management, banking and legal experience, including extensive experience in Asia. He is also admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of Australia and Supreme Court of Victoria and has founded and managed two legal practices.
David Carruthers

Mr Carruthers is Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of India Equities Fund Ltd and Atlas Capital. He is currently Non-Executive Director & Audit Committee Chairman for Trident Energy Limited and previously held these positions with Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited and Genetic Technologies Limited.
Mr Carruthers manages the corporate finance division of Tristar Corporate Advisors Pty Limited. During his career with BP Finance, he was CFO for the global operations based in London and the European Regional CEO based in Brussels.
On returning to Australia, he was Managing Director of the Treasury Corporation of Victoria and coordinated management of $29 billion of privatisation proceeds. Subsequent advisory assignments included Head of Sydney and member of the Management Committee of Burdett Buckeridge Young Limited.
James (Jack) Tan

Mr Tan is Chairman of e-Pay Asia Ltd, Vietnam Emerging Capital Ltd and Overseas & General Limited and a Non-Executive Director of Orocobre Ltd, with 20 years experience as an investment banker in the finance and stockbroking industry.
Mr Tan has wide ranging Asian business interests and has been instrumental in project acquisitions, valuations and capital raisings, including listed ASX companies.
Clifford Clayton

Mr Clayton is a Non-Executive Director currently of India Equities Fund Limited and AXA GESP and formerly of Perpetual Trustees Victoria, MacarthurCook Investment Managers Limited and Coles ESP.
Mr Clayton has extensive experience in operational and compliance aspects of funds management across various organisations, including 25 years with Perpetual Trustees.
