Greater Asia Investments Limited (ASX Code: GAL) is an Australian investment company established to provide Australian and New Zealand investors with exposure to the traditionally hard to access Chinese and Indian equity markets.
 
The Initial Public Offering of Greater Asia Investments Limited is expected to close on 28 April 2010.

The proceeds of the raising, after allowing for issue costs and working requirements, will be invested in the IOF Dragon Peacock fund managed by Prudential Asset Management (Singapore).
 
While this is the initial investment selection for Greater Asia investments Ltd, the Manager (Atlas Capital) will monitor the performance of the fund and other opportunities in Asia (excluding Japan) and make recommendations as appropriate.
